Faculty soccer rankings for the upcoming season proceed this week with the discharge of the 2023 preseason AP Poll, and the Georgia Bulldogs are ranked first. Georgia acquired 60 first-place votes and 1,572 complete factors.
Georgia, which gained back-to-back nationwide championships in 2021 and 2022, can also be ranked first within the 2023 preseason Coaches Ballot that was launched on Monday, August 7.
The Michigan Wolverines and Ohio State Buckeyes are ranked second and third, respectively, within the preseason AP High 25 Ballot. Michigan acquired two first-place votes, whereas Ohio State acquired one. The Alabama Crimson Tide and LSU Tigers spherical out the highest 5 of the preseason AP Ballot.
