The American Athletic Convention has announced time and TV updates for 2 soccer video games in 2023.
The forty second Bayou Bucket Basic, which options the Rice Owls internet hosting the Houston Cougars at Rice Stadium in Houston, Texas, can be televised by the NFL Community at 7:00pm / 6:00pm CT on Saturday, Sept. 9.
This may mark the primary time that the Bayou Bucket is televised by the NFL Community. Rice has appeared on the NFL Community twice beforehand. Of their debut within the 2008 Texas Bowl, the Owls defeated Western Michigan 38-14.
The second sport introduced is an American Athletic Convention matchup between the East Carolina Pirates and the Navy Midshipmen on Saturday, Nov. 18 at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis, Md. The sport will kickoff at 12:00pm ET and can be broadcast by an ESPN community to be decided.
Starting with the 2023 season, the American Athletic Convention will encompass 14 soccer members. New to The American this season are Charlotte, Florida Atlantic, North Texas, Rice, UAB, and USF. Three faculties, Cincinnati, Houston, and UCF, departed The American for the Huge 12.
The 2023 American soccer schedule kicks off in Week Zero on Saturday, Aug. 26 when the Navy Midshipmen tackle the Notre Dame Preventing Irish within the Aer Lingus School Soccer Basic at Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Eire. The sport can be televised by NBC and streamed by Peacock at 2:30pm ET.
