The United Athletic Convention (UAC) has announced its 2024 soccer schedule. Convention play begins on Saturday, Sept. 14.
Starting with the 2024 season, the UAC will develop from 9 to 10 football-playing faculties with the addition of the West Georgia Wolves from Division II. West Georgia will be part of Abilene Christian, Austin Peay, Central Arkansas, Jap Kentucky, North Alabama, Southern Utah, Stephen F. Austin, Tarleton State, and Utah Tech.
The convention will even add the College of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) in 2025 when the college begins play in soccer.
After taking part in a six-game schedule on account of prior non-conference recreation commitments, the UAC will transfer to an eight-game league schedule in 2024. New member West Georgia will play eight UAC video games of their inaugural FCS season, and a ninth contest on the street at Abilene Christian will depend as a non-conference contest.
Along side the UAC announcement, one extra non-conference contest was revealed immediately. The Austin Peay Governors will host the Alabama A&M Bulldogs on Sept. 21.
The UAC is a mixed partnership between the football-playing members of the ASUN Convention and Western Athletic Convention. The league is closing in on the completion of its first regular-season of competitors because the UAC after working because the ASUN-WAC Problem in 2021 and 2022.
